Shipping Rates (US Domestic ONLY): Updated 06/23/2025

For several years now, we've unfortunately experienced increasing difficulties in using USPS for shipping. In addition to an increased amount of delays and lost packages, we've seen a serious uptick in the amount of times a package will be shipped but show no tracking updates for days or even weeks until it reaches the destination post office, making it look as if we are marking packages shipped without having actually shipped the package. This is something we have never done and never will do on principle alone. No one likes getting a shipping notification and thinking their package has shipped, only to realize later that the package has not actually shipped. On any given week, about 20% of Rod's working hours are spent tracking down lost packages, filing claims, or simply sitting on hold with USPS. Something has to change.

We've held our shipping price steady for nearly 7 years now in spite of increasing costs, but we have had to update our shipping policies and offerings to help provide faster service and a better customer experience. At checkout, you will be able to choose between FedEx Economy ($6.75 - 2 to 4 days in transit), USPS Ground Advantage ($6.80 - 4 to 14 days in transit), and USPS Priority Mail ($8.50 - 3 to 4 days in transit). As always, FREE Shipping applies to orders $75 and over.* We hope this will alleviate some of the previous issues that have caused so much frustration over the past few years. 

*Orders must have a subtotal of $75 (even with a coupon) to be eligible for free shipping.

We currently only ship to US Domestic addresses. 

Address Errors

Address errors found after shipment will incur an additional shipping charge based on the actual cost of shipping (not Flat Rate).  It is recommended that customers double-check each address field before submitting an order.  Any orders returned to Stirling Soap Company due to an address error at the fault of the customer will be refunded (less shipping charges paid) if the customer does not wish to pay an additional shipping fee or does not respond to attempts at communication after 5 business days.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship internationally. Please visit our Where to Buy page to find an international reseller near you that may stock our products.

Returns:

Due to the nature of our products, we can not allow returns or exchanges. Please order sample sizes if you are unsure about a product or scent.

There are absolutely NO returns/exchanges on Sale Items.
